Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skurpion. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

Domestic: All regions within Denmark
International: Most countries in the EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US, Canada, Australia, and selected others. Please contact us if your country is not listed during checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Danish public holidays).
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended slightly.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic (Denmark): No additional taxes or duties.
EU: No additional charges for EU-based customers.
Outside EU: You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@Skurpion.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
